AIM in OL2002?

Davey

Is there a way to have AIM work within my OL2002 so I don't have to open a
seperate AIM window/session? I know you can do it with Messenger, but I
don't want to use that.

Thanks in advance.

Does AIM integration only work with OE? Some version of aim adds some
integration to OE, but you still need to open aim to chat - you can't chat,
only see who is online, from OE. Not sure if it also works in Outlook since
I don't use AIM.

Yes, I think that's what I'm talking about. Is there a way to see who's
online in OL2002 like you can in OE?

Sorta....
If you are signed into windows messenger, and you receive a mail from one of
your contacts, you will see a green/red body next to their name depending on
their status. MS likes to cal this "presence".
