All incoming mail put into junk folder

Version: 2008 Operating System: Mac OS X 10.6 (Snow Leopard) Processor: Intel Email Client: pop Using Entourage, all the incoming mail is treated as junk and perversely all junk mail is treated as incoming mail. What setting is wrong?

Check the rules and the mailing list manager. One of them is
misdirecting the e-mails.
