ALL .mac MAIL FOLDERS DO NOT SHOW UP IN ENTEROUGE

About 80% of my .mac folders are displayed in my inbox. When I select the folder with the highest hierarchy I do see 100% of my folders, however the ones that do not show up in my inbox are GRAY.

Please please help!

Control-click one of the gray folders and choose "Subscribe."
