All of a sudden, my addressbook shows some addresses in comp.char.

The addresses start showing into "GEEKEE" characters, the text is messedup,
while some are intact. As soon as I finished the download from MS OFFICE
updates, this happened. I wish I could cut&paste them here.
Could anyone help me to get them back? I am not very TECHY person..:-( so
please bear with me!!!
