All rules stopped working after OSX 10.3.2 Update

All my rules have suddenly stopped working after the 10.3.2 update. I
recreated them all and they still don't work. The junk mail filter is also
letting junk mail through, eventhough I set it to only allow mail in my
address book. Is anyone else having this problem?

I have all the updates applyed (10.1.5) and even did a complete reinstall.

Me too, all rules do not apply to incoming mail...only if I apply them
individually which is a waste of time. Any thoughts?
