All sent messages being saved

Every email message I send is saved in the sent message folder even
though I've unchecked "Save Sent Messages". Is there a fix for this
or is this a bug? I've checked it and then unchecked it and still
every email sent is saved. Thank you for your help on this.

As a workaround, create an Outgoing rule that deletes all messages.
