v I receive more powerpoint presentations than I generate. In order to save
paper, and because I use a black and white laser printer for most work, I
would like to be able to just click the print icon, or in an email select
print all attachments, and know that the Powerpoint presentations will
automatically print in my preferred format -- pure black and white, with two
slides per page.
I cannot change the defaults settings to achieve this. I must make the
changes for each presentation. I get a lot of Powerpoint presentations, and
its several extra steps on each to print: , and I cannot use the print all
attachments feature in Outlook, and get the format I want.
Please allow the user to change the default print settings to their
preferred format -- it will help save paper too!
Thanks.
