Allow classic view option: suggestion

When you get a new release of any Office product, it can be intimidating at
first to use the new look. Sometimes we're terrifically rushed and can't
afford the time to poke around and learn what we need to accomplish tasks
we've been doing for years.

Put an option somewhere to revert to the old look "for now" and have it work
as close as possible to the same way it did in a previous version. Make the
option EASY TO FIND!!!! A button on the standard toolbar plus an option under
"options" would be good, perhaps.

In the "Welcome to..." literture, put a note up front that this option is
available so it's really really obvious at the beginning.

Windows XP has this option.

The idea is, when you "just need to get the job done the way you know how"
you can do that, and when you have time to explore you can switch to the new
look.
