This is a suggestion for the Outlook Live team:
Outlook Live doesn't allow a contact whose e-mail address has non-standard
English characters to be moved from Outlook 2003's address book to the
Hotmail address book. Granted, some folks may want to reconsider their e-mail
address.
However, if e-mail addresses DO have "invalid" characters (in this case the
ampersand, &), then give the user the option of moving the contact (e-mail
address) amongst address books. Especially, if one can enter that address in
a Hotmail address book (except it won't allow it to be saved unless the
invalid character is removed from the nickname).
