Outlook has a default meeting length of 30 minute increments. This creates
issues with meetings being booked back-to-back with no time between meetings
(1:00-2:00, 2:00-3:00). You can change the meeting time on any given meeting
to any length you choose, however most users will use the default setting.
Business leaders are often booked for multiple meetings per day & booking
meetings in 30 minute increments means that the meeting attendee must leave
one meeting early to make it to the next meeting on time (or arrive at the
next meeting late). This request is to allow the user or the system
administrator to set the default meeting length used for users to something
other than 30 if desired.
