Allow reporting of product bugs- ie support your software

When I try to save a publisher 2003 file the application aborts with no error
message. I cannot lookup a solution. I do not seem able to report the problem
to Microsoft without paying for the privilege. The software does no error
reporting as it fails so abruptly.

I buy something. It does not work. I have to pay the supplier to inform them
of the problem. It does not seem right.

I'm going to suggest posting your question over in the Publisher newsgroup
instead of the office.misc one. And give us some more details - which
version, what you are doing when it crashes, etc.
