Allow single click on wheel button for trackball explorer mouse

After downloading most recent version of software for Trackball Explorer
mouse, I am unable to assign the wheel button to be used as a single click.
This WAS possible in the previous version. Please allow that option again for
Windows XP.

1. This is not an Office issue.
2. It's not a Windows XP issue.
3. Reinstall/rollback to the preferred software driver for your mouse
that provided the desired features.
