Allow Word to open sxw (Openoffice) documents

Word needs to be a complete word processor and as such needs to be able to
open other applications encoded documents.
Microsoft should make provision for plug-ins so that this is possible.
Otherwise users may switch to the free programme that opens everyones
documents.
