Allowed rcpthosts

When I am trying to send e-mails I frequently get an error message saying
'sorry, that domain isn't in my list of allowed rcpthosts' and the e-mail won't go! At other times it works fine...
what am I doing wrong? Is there something I can change to prevent this?

You probably need to authenticate to your outgoing server - do so on the
"Outgoing Server" tab for your account.
