Almost every message going to Junk folder

I have a client who is having a problem with Entourage 2004 (11.2.3,
IIRC) on 10.4.?

Almost all the emails she receives go to her junk mail folder. It
doesn't matter if the sender's address is in here address book, she has
no rules configured at all, and it happens even with a brand new
database and preferences setup.

The only thing I can see is that she has an email address which is of
the form [email protected] and there are some problems
with the DNS entries.

I've seen that some people are having problems where Entourage marks
their own messages to their mailing lists as junk and I wonder if this
is not more of the same thing...
