No.

The systems tables are locked from editing - which is probably a good
thing, since they're not documented and used in altogether nonstandard
ways under the hood.

Why? What is your objective? You can update the relationships
collection using DAO.

Dear Tony,

Actually, I have created a control for ASP. It am using ADO to read the
table structure and created the ADD, UPdate, DELETE and List interfaces
(GUI) including data validation and shows combo box for master information.
Now, I stuck in a position where I need a field at MsysRelationships to
store relationship caption. And it needs amendment.

I think, it is not possible at all. But if you have any trick. Please let me
know.
Thankx.

What you could do is create your own table (perhaps give it a name
starting with USys so it will be seen as a systems table), using the
same Primary Key as MSysRelationships; use a query joining the two
tables one to one.

You can find the value of the MSysRelationships PK by searching for
the table and field names. The fieldnames in MSysRelationships may
have changed from Access version to version, so check yours.
