Is there ANY other software for the MAC OS10 than Entourage?

I have a client with 3 MAC OS 10 and they have nothing but problems with
connecting to an Exchange Server 2003.

They connect fine, but they constantly loose emails, they are missing
folders and the MOST important feature they need to use is not supported in
Entourage: Delivery Confirmation.

I try to have them use OWA, but the timeout feature is a major problem for
them, where it times out after 15min.

Any insights would be greatly appreciated.

Any other software? Are you asking if there's any other _Exchange_ software?
Otherwise I don't understand the question.

You can still download Outlook 2001 for free from the MacTopia website and
use it in Classic in OS X. Classic works extremely well and dependably in OS
10.3 Panther.
