Alternatives to Entourage for HTML

I want to send out a HTML message but I can't do it through Entourage (dummy
me, didn't figure that out until I searched for an hour!). I've got the html
page already set up and all I have to do is upload the pictures and put the
web page into an email.. How would you recommend I do this? What program can
I use since Entourage won't do complex html?

Or you can use Netscape.
