Updates go in Junk Mail

Updates come from a new address each time therefore they are not recognised
as safe and go straight into junkmail.
Why not send them from a common address so they are recognised as safe by
junk mail filters such as on Hotmail

Microsoft doesn't *ever, ever, ever* send "Updates", if you mean
attachments, via email. This is a longstanding policy. It is one reason the
Windows update and Office Update sites exist.

However, a lot of people *pretending* to be Microsoft do send out such
Updates hoping to install some nasties on your computer. Those are junk
mail.
