There is an option to set the default File-As for contacts. I have this set
to "Company (Last, First)". This works great when adding a new contact while
in Outlook. However if I move a contact from one outlook folder to another
or when I syncronize my BlackBerry, the File-As is set to the product default
of "Last, First" not what I have set up. I think that it should always use
the default that the user choses.
