Ambiguous Name Detected Error

I mistakenly added two Cancel buttons on my form. Now I am continually
getting the "Ambiguous Name Detected" error and the userform will not come
back? Is my form gone forever??!!

Which application are you working in? What do you mean by "the userform will
not come back"? Have you tried Ctrl+Break?
