Ambiguous name detected: TmpDDE

A user of Outlook 2000 gets this Microsoft Visual Basic error when he
attempt to print and attachment or an email by using a right click. I have
been unable to duplicate the problem. His co-workers do not get this
message. Does anyone have any idea what might be happening here? TIA.
