An Error Occured on the IMAP Server URGENT!

I am trying to set up an account and the error "An error occured on
the IMAP server" keeps popping up. A co-worker who is logged into the
same email server even sent me his information which logs him in
(different email adress and password, but the smtp information is the
same). Our situations are identitcal except that I am logging in
through a network that has a firewall and he is not. Anyone who has
any ideas what might be going on and how to fix it - please shoot me
an email as soon as you can. [email protected]

Have you tried any of the Advanced Sending options? Just click on the button
right below the SMTP setting and add a selection there.
