An Error Occured on the IMAP Server

I keep getting the following message aftern setting up Exchange in
Entourage:

"Invalid account ID or password. Check your account settings."

"Error 11003"

I know that I am using the correct username, domain and password. I
am NOT using the format username@domain but rather my actual
username.

I access Exchange 2000 SP#2 via WebMail and Outlook XP (on Windows
2000) with no problem.

How does Entourage know where to find my domain? I am on a remote
site with no firewall accessing an Exchange server with no firewall
blocking access.

Help!
