An error occurred on the IMAP server

We have been using Entourage on OS X machines for several months. Our
Exchange servers crashed today and needed to be rebooted. After the
reboot the Macs are getting the following errors:

A network error has occurred (-3171)
An error occurred on the IMAP server. A connection failure has
occurred. Error -3280

Windows machines are connecting fine. If we run Microsoft Outlook in
Classic mode, that also runs fine. I have recreated accounts, deleted
preferences, and reinstalled Entourage. Same errors. Users can send
messages fine (an IMAP error pops up, but the message does send) but
they can not receive messages. Thank you for your help!

That error means that Entourage isn't seeing the server on the network.
Perhaps IMAP is no longer enabled after the reboot, or there are DNS
problems with the server name (try using the IP address instead).
