An OLE registration error has occurred

I receive the following error in Outlook XP wehn opening any forms

"The form you selected could not be displayed. An OLE registration error occurred. The program is not correctly installed. Run setup agin for the program

I have tried reinstalling IE6.0 and Outlook Express as per MS. I have also tried reinstalling office and running msimn /reg from command prompt. This has not resolved the problem

Any sugestion appreciated
