Analyze Timescale Data in Excel

We have two people at our site with identical versions of MS Project Pro
2003. One person can see the "Analysis" and "Pert Chart" toolbars under the
View action bar, but the other person can't see either of these choices. Is
there something we need to do to activate these toolboors?
