Analyze Timescaled Data Wizard "toolbar "

I read in Project Help that there is an analyse timescale data toolbar. I
can't find it in the toolbars nor in the installation of Project software.

Where is it and how do I get it

Thanks for this....unfortunately, I am now looking at a
re-install...........as rename did nor produce tha analysis toolbar

Did the re-install / repair on add/remove programs and the missing tool bar
is there now.
