Also, I forgot to ask in my below post:

In Word 2000 I could choose COMMENTS from the PRINT WHAT option in the Print
dialog box. This option seems missing in 2002 -- I can print a "list of
markup" but what if I just want to print comments and not tracked changes?
Am I missing something obvious?
