Can I send animated GIFs in the body of the email message that will loop
over and over again ?

I know I can't do this in Outlook or Outlook Express, but someone said it
can be done in Entourage, but I can't figure out how.

If you need to send an animated GIF to someone, just compress it first.
Otherwise, Entourage just inserts the first frame of the GIF.

You can also make a Quicktime file from the animation. The file size is
obviously larger than a plain GIF but it's is a good way to make them more
transportable.
