animated signature

I've been using animated signatures for some time. All of a sudden, any email I receive with an image in the signature block as well as my own animated signature when creating or replying to to a message simply do not appear. I verified all security settings, but I couldn't find anything. The first time this happened, a message appeared stating that my security levels did not permit me to...........blah blah blah

Any assistance would be much appreciated. Thanks
