Entourage’s support of Sync Services keeps confusing many users: while
the contacts in Entourage show up just fine in Address Book, a number of
problems appear with Entourage’s calendar and iCal. A number of users
have been creating their calendar entries in iCal and are surprised to

This is just my opinion (YMMV):

It's not users who need to understand anything. It's Microsoft who needs
to understand that customers shouldn't *have* to deal with these
inferior tools and added complexity because Microsoft decided to abandon
support for the Handheld Sync Conduit!

You're new around here? This is MICROSOFT. The User is there to SERVE,
not be served. Sheesh.

There's a lot of weirdness about E'rage 2008. I kicked the tyres. I
used it for two days. Well, 15 hours, but they were spread over a
midnight.

Not a terrible mail client, but very buggy and I don't trust it. A
horrible newsreader though; I mean, really really bad.
