Annoying font size increase in replies

Hi folks. I'm a sysadmin overseeing about 50 OS X computers. Some of the staff are having a strange problem: When they "Reply" to a message, the font size gets increased. After a few replies back and forth, the original message (indented with each iteration) is HUGE!

Has anyone else experienced this?

Any ideas what's going on?

If your machines are running Entourage X, make sure they have the 10.1.4
update applied. That fixes these problems. You can download the latest
Office X updates, which are 10.1.2, 10.1.4, and 10.1.5 (10.1.3 is
unnecessary) from Microsoft.
