Annoying Internet pictures

Dear all,
I am new to computers, with this my first one.
Everything was going fine, however whenever I copy a
picture from the Internet and paste it into Word, all
that appears is a white box with a black line and 8 dots
around it.
What's more, when I do manage to copy a picture
correctly, I cannot move it around at all.
Pleeeeeeeeeease can someone help me with this as it is
extremely important for me to be able to see pictures.

And change the wrapping from In Line with Text to anything else to be able
to move it freely.
