Anti Spam - HTML

Greetings all.

I'm a regular user of PCs and the Internet at work and at home. I'm
reasonably profficient in using the applications but some things flummox me.
Like this...


I've often thought that if I could block receipt of HTML in Outlook Express,
the amount of SPAM I would receive would be virtually nil.

I can't see an obvious way of doing this - does any one have any ideas?
