Anti-SPAM software?

I get dozens of spam messages every day, is there a good program free
of data mining to help me delete this crap! >:-(

I check my mail using POP3 accounts as well as having my persoanl
doamin email forwarded to an ISP account. Spam gets through my ISP

:-(

How do I stop this? Spambutcher? Oasis IP Spam Message Stopper?

I hate spam for outlook and outlook express are the programs that I use.
They seem to work.
