Any good links on the limitations of Outlook 2003 Rules Wizard?

I'm trying to see if there's a way to allow my user's to exceed the typical
50 rules limit, when using Outlook 2003 with Exchange 2003.

There is no limit on the number of rules, there is a 32K limit on them. That
cannot be changed. Outlook 2003 rules usually take more space than in
earlier versions since all text is stored as Unicode so takes up twice the
space.

If you don't convert older rules to Outlook 2003 format you will save some
space but the 32K limit is fixed.
