Any way to bypass the purge confirmation with IMAP accts?

In Outlook2003 when you purge deleted messages, you are presented with an
"are you sure?" dialog. OE does not have this, and I'd like to turn it off
in Outlook as well. It just doesn't make any sense why it's even there -
I've already hit the delete button once, and now I'm hitting the Purge button
- why does Outlook not believe me!

I've looked high and low and cannot find a setting or even a reg hack for
this - can a guru point me in the right direction? Much appreciated!
