If you are the Exchange Administrator, just logon to the mailbox via OWA
with your userid/password. You can setup the out of office assistant via
the options page.

Hrmm,...we're looking to get OWA set up and running in the next few weeks or
so,...no other way until then?

the other way is to setup a outlook profile on your machine on logon to the
mailbox w/ Domain/Exchange admin previliges.
