Anyone can Read my emails

Our office has used Mac 2001 for many years, and because we upgraded to
Intel processor iMacs we can no longer open OS 9.

Our only option is to use Entourage 2004 and one downfall is not matter if
cancel login, anyone can read through emails that have been cached. Is there
any way to avoid this?

Mac OS X is designed to be used by multiple users semi-securely. If you are
in a shared work environment and do not trust your co-workers, you should
secure your computer. When you are not using your computer, log out of it
(Apple menu > Log Out).

Security at the application level is not sensible.

Well in MacOS X it sholdn't be a problem. Each user should have his own
user account on the Mac. Users cannot see e-mails from other users with
this setup,
