Anyone has experience in packaging ACC 2003 with run-time files ?

Hi;
What i want is to package an Access 2003 project in run-time mode using a
3rd party,prefferably InstallShield Express.But will try any other third
party you recommend.Because the Microsoft packager presented in "VB.net
tools for MS Office systems" cd,has not a proffessional function.
My problem is to adding run time files to the my package,in InstallShield
Express 8.Do anyone knows how to do this?I will be grateful to you even if
lead me to a web page describing it.For,i couldnt find a useful link for
that.
