AOL empty message body in reply

When I receive replies from any AOL user, I can never see
my original message. All that is visible is the
respondent's reply, but not my orginial message to them.

Any ideas how to solve this problem?

I am using Outlook 2002 on Windows XP

I've never seen this, but it sounds more like an AOL problem to me - have
the AOL user contact their tech support.
