Appear error 2908 while call office 2000

My PC is Window Me. I install office 2000 on my PC. Later
Harddisk has bad cluster, I exam for surface scan.
After that I can not call MS word 2000 for use it. It appear
message :
Internal error: 2908 Please contact assistance this product.
I resolve this problem by uninstall and reinstall office 2000
again . Between reinstall monitor appear same error
message.
Now I can not use office 2000. How should I resolve this
problem ? Please reply me too. Thank you very much.
