Apple Address Book & iCal

Hello! Does anyone know how to export/import the data from Apple's
default address book and iCal into Entourage? I've been trying, but
nothing I do works. Thanks!!

You can use Paul Berkowitz's "Sync Entourage-Address Book" and "Sync
Entourage-iCal" scripts for this purpose. They are not free, but both
include free trial periods that should be adequate if you are doing a
one-time transfer.
