Apple Mail does not receive undeliverables from Exchange!

Is anyone else having this problem? Our Mac users do not receive any
NDRs from the Exchange server, which is terrible (obviously). Nobody
has any idea if they've sent a message that has bounced - unless they
look at their email through the web access. They get all of their email
normally, just not the undeliverables.

Any thoughts?

Are the non delivery receipts of "type=mail" on the Exchange Server?
Entourage only shows items of "type=mail" in the message list, and that has
been the reason that other items on the server such as return receipts have
failed to appear for some users. Check the Exchange Server documentation
and support newsgroups to see if non delivery receipts can be changed so
that they are of "type=mail" when placed in a user's mailbox.

I think I used to have this problem with Apple Mail also, but this is a
Entourage newsgroup?...

Sorry if this is not the right group to post in. I used it because I
had found another user asking the same question with respect to
Entourage a couple of years ago, and with no response. I figured it was
probably the same issue, and that the fault was in the Exchange config,
and not on the client end.
