Apple Mail opens when I open Entourage attachment

I have now noticed that if i receive a mail message with another mail
as the attachment, if I try to open the attachment it opens in apple
Mail, why is this???

Save the message (an EML file) to your Desktop. Click on it, choose File >
Get Info. Under Open With, change your handler for emails to Entourage and
"Change All."
