Is there any utility/script etc. that can import/export Contacts from Apple
Mail (Address Book) to Entourage and/or vice-versa?

Mine. "Sync Entourage-Address Book". It can be used for 14 days free in Demo
mode, so if this is a one-time transfer it takes care of that. (It's a true
sync app. First time import is very slow, but regular synching is fast.)
There's another script "Sync Entourage-iCal" for events and tasks.

There's a bug with the 2.5.7 version at the regular download site, (see my
sig) that thinks your 14 free days are up, and the server is being changed
so I upload the fixed version until (hopefully) tomorrow. So get v2.5.8 (and
v2.0.1 of iCal script) at my .Mac website:

The updates also fix an odd issue a few people are having with the PREFS
Installer script included.
