Version: 2008 Operating System: Mac OS X 10.6 (Snow Leopard) Processor: Intel Email Client: Exchange I know this forum is Entourage based. however, if your a technician having to troubleshoot Mac to exchange, you come across a user that prefers Apple mail.

My Question:
Since Apple Mail is not a native mail client for exchange it runs into consistent issues. When an account stops pulling Mail or synchronizing, using an IMAP connection, Is there a way to refresh the account with out having to create a new one?

Mail, in Snow Leopard, uses Web Services to get to Exchange 2007
servers. Pretty much the same thing Entourage EWS does.
You might have much better luck using this version instead and properly
configuring the account as Exchange instead of IMAP (assuming your
server is Exchange 2007).
