Applescript to send same e-mail every 30 days

I need to send a copy of the same e-mail message to an individual every
month.

I see that I can set a Timed or Repeating Schedule in Entourage, but it
looks like I need some type of Applescript to actually send an e-mail
message to a recipient. Does anyone have anything like this up their sleeve?

(and no, I'm not a spammer, I just need to send one person a payment
reminder at the beginning of each month.)
