Application.Echo False Not stopping code window from popping up

Is there a way to stop the code window from being visible when creating a form from code. I am currently creating a form based on data in a table to get a users input, since the data can change so much I just make the form from scratch each time then delete it. This was working great, until I recently tried to go from 97 to 2002. I am still very new with 2002 and just want a way to keep the vbwindow hidden from view.
